General answers about Gays+ Store (COVID-19)
We hope you are staying safe and looking after yourself during this difficult time. As you can see, many of the items on our store are out of stock. When international shipping times begin to improve, we will begin to relist our items for purchase.
During the last 2 months, we have seen some delays and various other issues affecting our supply chain. This has forced us to recently mark a lot of our store items as out of stock or unavailable to purchase. If you ordered before April 29th 2020 on any of our items, your order will still be sent out as normal. However, as many of our items are sent internationally, you may see some delays with your order. This is nothing to be concerned about - however our customer service teams will be available here or on Twitter if you have any issues. Please contact us if you need any assistance with your order.
We plan to offer all of our U.S. customers faster, domestically shipped products with better quality and packaging when we relaunch Gays+ Store soon. We look forward to serving all of you with an even better catalog and service in the near future.
We offer 100% free shipping on all orders. Shipping usually takes only 2-3 weeks and arrives in discreet brown or white packaging with no logos, marketing or obvious packaging. The statement on your card will also be discreet, with the billing reference GSTORE* for maximum purchase privacy.
How long will my items take to ship?
Our Standard Free Shipping option usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive at your doorstep. If inventory is low in our warehouse or we are out of stock, please allow up to 40 days. If you want guaranteed fast shipping, check out our Express Shipping option (1-2 weeks) for an additional $7.
What countries can you ship to?
We ship internationally to just about every country. As long as you do not live in Malaysia, Maldives, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates or Vietnam, we can ship directly to you. All other countries except for those mentioned above are available for free shipping on Gays+ Store. The only reasons these 6 countries/regions are excluded is because they do not allow shipments of sex toys - or because the risk of unsuccessful delivery is too high.
How can I track my item?
You can track your item(s) on the Parcels App website. If you have not yet received a tracking code, please get in touch with our friendly team and we will be more than happy to supply you with your tracking number. Please allow up to 5 days before updates start coming up about your delivery status.
What postal delivery service do you use?
Our items are delivered by either USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx. If none of these companies deliver to your country or address, we will work with your local shipping company. We have delivered thousands of products to almost every city on Earth and have most probably made successful deliveries near you before.
If I order more than one item, will everything arrive at the same time?
In the past, we have delivered multiple items all in one package to our customers. After a lot of feedback, we heard loud and clear from our customers that they want their deliveries to be as discreet and as small as possible. So we have instead opted to send each item individually in 100% plain packaging for the most discreet shipping experience on the market. Items will arrive separately over the course of a few weeks, and will often be labeled as “phone case”, or something that sounds convincing for the packages size. We have heard great feedback from our customers about our small discreet packaging system and can guarantee no one will know what your package is except you.
What is Express Shipping, and how long will it take?
Express Shipping is our fast shipping option. It takes as little as 7-14 days, but if stocks are low please allow an extra 10 days for your item to arrive on your doorstep. We work with USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx or your local delivery company to ensure a successful and fast delivery for all customers.
I don’t want (friend, family, partner) to know I ordered this, will it come in a discreet package?
Yes, it will come in 100% discreet, unlabelled packaging with no marketing or logos anywhere. We will often mark our deliveries as a “phone case”, “headphones” or other similar sized products for your maximum privacy. We guarantee no one will know what your package is except you.
Do I have to sign for my order?
No, you do not have to sign for your order. If you are out at work or not at home, we instruct our delivery men to leave the unlabelled package on your doorstep. Because of it’s discreet packaging, it is impossible to know what is inside the bag. Let us know after your purchase if you wish to have specific delivery instructions!
Can I get my money back if my item doesn’t arrive?
Yes, we will provide a full refund if your item doesn’t arrive within 8 weeks. If we can, we will try to fix the issue before supplying a refund, because we always want our customers to be happy.
What if I don’t like my purchase - can I get my money back?
If you don’t like your item once it arrives, you get can your money back with our easy 30 day return policy. You will however need to pay for shipping to New Zealand, our main store. Once we receive the item and check to make sure it does not have any damage or use, we can then supply a refund free of charge.
My credit or debit card was declined, what do I do?
If your credit card was declined at the checkout, make sure to try checking the PayPal option and paying that way instead. You can still use your debit or credit card, even without a PayPal account. And with PayPal, your payment is automatically covered by PayPal Purchase Protection.
The reasoning behind your card declining can be complex, if the purchase you are making is larger than usual sometimes your bank can block the payment. We have also noticed that some credit card processing companies have algorithms that may block payments to sex toy stores, like ours. These circumstances are rare but do happen occasionally. If you have questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with our friendly team.
I want to pay in cash. How can I do this?
Unfortunately we cannot accept cash payment, as our business is located and operated from New Zealand. If you are in New Zealand and wish to pay in cash, please get in touch with our friendly team and we can make this work for you. If you’re located overseas, our only accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.
I don’t have a credit/debit card or PayPal account. How can I purchase from you?
As mentioned before, the only methods we accept on our online store is Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. If you wish to pay in another means, please get in touch with our friendly team and we can see what we can do for you.
Do you have any physical stores that I can see the product before I buy?
At the moment we do not have any physical stores, although we do occasionally showcase and give away our products. At the moment we are an online-only business. Our shipping-only warehouses are located in Canada, USA, Australia, Russia, and China.
My country doesn’t use US dollars. How can I pay, and how can I know how much each item costs in my local currency?
Our store accepts all currencies, even though prices listed on our store is in US dollars. You can use online converters like XE to see what our prices are in your local currency. We will always make sure to take out the converted amount from your bank account in your local currency to avoid expensive bank fees and charges.
How do you get your prices so low?
We buy in bulk direct from manufacturers and pass those savings on to you. We also add the price of shipping onto each item to ensure free shipping on all orders. Both of these combine to make us one of the absolute cheapest destinations for adult male toys, clothing and accessories anywhere.
